What is the format of the tournament?
The tournament is a WTA Tour Tier II, seven day, 28 draw singles and 16 draw doubles event.
Where is the tournament being played?
The Bank of the West Classic is held at the Taube Family Tennis Stadium at Stanford University.

Groups: we offer a 20% discount per ticket for groups of 20 or more for sessions 1-8 only. Tickets must be purchased in advance. (866) WTA TIXS

Kids/Students: a 20% discount for kids 12 and under, and all attendees with valid student ID for sessions 1-8 only
C:
Seniors: 20% discount for seniors (over 55) for sessions 1-8 only

USTA Members: Tuesday, July 15th, is
USTA Member Appreciation Day. All USTA members will receive 20% off any ticket (day session only) with membership card on this day. USTA members will also receive a 20% discount on all day session tickets Monday-Thursday with valid membership card. Tickets must be purchased on site at the box office and is limited to one ticket per member.

Other: Grand Slam Tennis Jam is free of admission to festivities and day session matches on Monday, July 14th.
Can I get a ticket refund? No, tickets are non refundable and we are unable to reprint any lost or misplaced tickets.
How do I know who is scheduled to play when?The tournament draw (who plays who) will be made on Friday, July 11 at noon. Monday's schedule of play will be determined on Sunday evening and posted on the website as soon as it is available. The schedule of play is done on a daily bases and will be posted on the website as soon as it is announced.
How long is each session?
Sessions vary in length. Day sessions (Monday-Friday) will last approximately 4-6 hours. Evening sessions during the week will last approximately 3 hours. The semifinals and final sessions will each last approximately 3 1/2 hours.
What do the winners of the tournament receive?The singles champion receives $95,500 in prize money, and a championship trophy. The finalist receives $51,000 and a finalist trophy.
Where do I park and how much does it cost to park?
Once you enter the campus gates on Galvez, you will see directional signs to the parking lots. You will make a left hand turn onto Nelson Road off of Galvez. Follow the signs bearing to the left and you will easily find the parking lot. Parking cost is $10 per vehicle.
Can I purchase food on-site?Yes. Perry's Restaurant concessions and seating area is located on Sam MacDonald before you reach the stadium. You may have lunch or dinner, sitting under a lovely grove of trees, prior to the tennis match.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open 30 minutes prior to play for all day sessions, Monday-Friday. For evening sessions, Monday-Friday, both semi final sessions on Saturday and the finals on Sunday, doors will open one hour before the scheduled time of play. Times may vary based upon the ending times of the previous matches.

Is there handicap seating and where is it located?
Yes. Handicap seating is available in Sections J, N and 300. For wheelchair seats call (866) WTA TIXS or visit the on-site box office. Please refer to the stadium map for seating locations.

What can I bring into the stadium?
Only small handbags will be allowed into the stadium. No cameras, umbrellas, strollers, backpacks, or video cameras are allowed. You will be asked to take these items back to your vehicle. All bags are subject to search.
What is the smoking policy?There is no smoking allowed in the stadium.
What is the cellular phone policy?All cellular phones must be turned off in the stadium during play.
